Do you create custom designs?

Absolutely. This is what we do best! We spend a great deal of time with every client to create a custom collection that compliments the theme, style and colours of your event. Send us your ideas and we’ll get started!

How far in advance should I place my order?

As soon as you know that you need cookies, contact us. We are typically booked at least 6-8 weeks in advance, so it’s best to get your order on our production calendar sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment. Of course, we do our very best to accommodate orders that come in at any time so it never hurts to ask.

What is the cost of WHISK designer cookies?

Our orders are individually priced based on detail work and size. Average orders start at $4 a cookie.

We recognize that our designer cookies may not fit every event budget. Designs can sometimes be simplified and we are more than happy to work with you to design a collection that creates the impact you’re looking for (while creating less of one on your wallet.)

Is there a minimum quantity per order?

Yes. There is a minimum order of 2 dozen cookies, and a minimum of 8 cookies per design.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, cheque, Interac e-Transfer, PayPal and Visa/MC/AMEX. Payment is due once the details of your order are finalized and you’ve received your invoice. Your order is complete when payment is made.

How will I get my custom cookies?

Cookies can be picked up (Aldergrove, BC) or we’d be happy to provide you with a quote for courier service (Lower Mainland only).

Do you ship WHISK designer cookies?

Yes! We are currently shipping anywhere across Canada. We do our best to provide a shipping estimate at the time of ordering, however, all final shipping charges are the responsibility of the client. A shipping surcharge will also be added to cover the cost of packaging material. Please note that some cookie shapes just aren’t suitable for shipping, so we’ll work with you to choose the best shapes for shipping.

How are WHISK cookies packaged?

Your cookies will come individually wrapped in a clear cellophane bag, sealed at the back with coordinating washi tape, and placed on a bed of paper shred in a windowed bakery box. Bulk packaging options are available. 

Cookies for shipment are packaged in the same way but placed in a shipping box with copious amounts of bubble wrap. We do our very best to ensure minimum damage due during shipping and are not responsible for cookies that may break during the shipping process.

How long will WHISK cookies stay fresh?

When sealed properly, sugar cookies stay fresh for up to 3 weeks. We suggest leaving them in their cellophane bags or transferring them to a sealed container in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate!  You can also pop them in your freezer to enjoy later… they freeze beautifully.

What’s in WHISK designer cookies?

Flour, butter, eggs, vanilla, powdered sugar (cornstarch, sugar), water, meringue powder (dried egg whites, sugar, cornstarch, gum), cream of tartar, gel food colouring.

While our cookies do not contain nuts, please be aware that WHISK is not a nut-free facility. Allergens: nuts, wheat, eggs, dairy. We currently do not offer gluten-free alternatives.
